During this one-day workshop, participants will make an edition of colorful Riso posters.

Participants can bring pre-planned source materials or graphic photocopied images to incorporate into their Risograph project. We will learn about the machine operation and trouble shoot mechanical quirkiness together.

Bio & Teaching Experience:

Devyn Park was born and raised in Kailua Kona, Hawai’i and currently resides in Holualoa, Hawai’i. She obtained her BFA in Illustration at the Rhode Island School of Design in 2015, and her MFA in Print Media at the Pacific Northwest College of Art in 2019. She is the co-founder of Pencil Urchin Press.

Sarah Week is an artist, illustrator, and educator based in her hometown of Kailua-Kona, Hawaiʻi. She is the co-founder of Pencil Urchin Press, a specialty Risograph and screen-printing studio.
