Use your previously created matrix in new ways. Incorporate innovative chine collé techniques, inlay one printed image inside of another and try new collage techniques. This class is for printers who have plates, papers and prints they want to breathe new life into. Perfect for dry point images on plexiglass, Intaglio on copper or zinc and relief processes.

Beginner printers and advanced printers are welcome.

Participant should bring their matrix (blocks and plates) and old prints to the first day of class for discussion and ideas for direction.

A $50 supply fee paid by cash at the first class includes 1 Minʻs plastic plate for creating a shaped plate, several samples of ultra thin and expensive chine collé papers, such as gampi for printing, and 1 full size sheet of high quality printmaking paper, inks, wheat paste, shop supplies. Course includes 12 hours of instruction and the ability to work on class projects during open studio hours for 4 weeks.
